His work as a senior Trainer, certified ICF coach and professional counselor (Assocounseling) and certified IAF facilitator and his work also in a Global Companies (Microsoft, GS1/EAN,Cegos group, NEC/Packard Bell) has allowed him to work in Italy and Europe since 1997, starting as professional trainer in 2003. His areas of expertise are Leadership Training, Team Development and Facilitation, and Train-the-Trainer/Facilitator. His background as a certified NLP Trainer (R.Dilts) as well as his training in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Visual Thinking, Leadership Training, Extended DISC/Insights Discovery Personality assessment and EBW (Emotions at work) Profiling and other assessment (brain profiles), as well also his training in EOL (Experience Oriented Learning) methodology as a Teacher Trainer, allow him to co-create transformational experiences for and with his participants.
