Hello, my name is Jeff and I am based in Cardiff, South Wales. I am an mBIT coach and trainer and use these skills in my daily work, helping people build the personal power they need to live a life that's free of self-doubt and anxiety. It blends beautifully with my existing NLP, kinetic shift, hypnotherapy, meditation, reiki, TFT, OldPain2Go and coaching skill set. I run mBIT coach trainer courses 3 times a year, here at the Wellbeing Roundhouse, Llanrumney Hall, Cardiff in March, June, and October. I have an MSc in Leadership & Management that is useful as a corporate trainer and facilitator. mBIT also supports my work in leadership development and well-being promotion because it is relatable and provides leaders with fresh perspectives and ways to be more heart-led and engaging within their organisations.
