Karen Taylor ACC, PGDip, BSc (Hons), MNLP, is an ICF Accredited 4-Time Certified ACTP Professional mBIT Master Coach, Trainer and Business Strategist who helps professionals and business owners avoid, prevent, or bounce back from burnout through a powerful transformative and generative coaching approach. Karen is an NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Habits Coach, DISC and Diary Detox Practitioner as well as being a productivity and time optimisation expert. She’s your go-to guide who wields a Swiss Army knife of problem-solving strategies to help ambitious and driven professionals and organisations navigate burnout challenges and to thrive doing work, business and life minus burnout. Currently pursuing her Doctorate and completing a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, Karen offers a unique 'pracademic' perspective, bridging real-world experience with theory and practice using science and evidence-based approaches to help clients achieve simplified, sustainable success.
