I've been facilitating learning and development at work for most of my career. Bringing the skills of mBit to my work has been transformational in helping people to navigate their way through challenges and to finding the right way forward for them. As a mBit Master Coach I work with clients to understand what's getting in the way, and through aligning their multiple brains, and listening to their neurology, clients make breakthroughs and find new levels of understanding and awareness. This supports them in making sound decisions and gaining certainty about their actions and next steps both at work, and in their life in general. Due to a long career working in organisations, I have a particular passion for working with leaders and managers so that they can combine the very best of their creativity, compassion and courage to achieve success with their teams.
