I am a Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner with additional training in Positive Intelligence (PQ), trauma therapy, and energy therapies. I support individuals, couples, and teams to get the most out of their skills and opportunities, overcoming challenging and restrictive thinking and behaviour patterns, whilst focusing on positive growth.
