Patricia has over 30 years of experience working in local government and has also worked in the private sector, she has substantial expertise in a number of strategic and operational areas spanning a variety of services and projects. She holds an MSc, a BA, a diploma in corporate governance, a diploma in project management, a certificate in ESG for Directors, a lean six sigma green belt, is an Executive Coach, a certified INLPTA NLP practitioner and a Master Coach in mBIT coach. She is a member of the Corporate Governance Institute, the Association for Coaching, the Institute of Directors in Ireland (MInstD) and the British Psychological Society. She is a non executive Director and a Director on four boards. Her values include trust, respect and integrity and she is passionate about lifelong learning and in helping people to realise their potential.
