I am an executive leadership coach who works with judges, lawyers, and business leaders in exploring how they can boost their impact in their role and find ways to lead authentically, tapping into their unique gifts and super powers. I retired from the bench and found that sometimes as leaders, we operate and make decisions out of our head brain, but I always knew there was something missing. When we integrate our multiple intelligences, we come out with better decisions, more authentic solutions, and lead from a place of complete knowing.
