Your mBIT Master Trainer, Wilbert Molenaar, is passionate about coaching and training, has many thousands of hours of international coaching and training experience with individual clients both private and corporate. He is one of the few in the Netherlands to hold a Masters degree in Applied Coaching, an ICF accredited Diploma of Coaching & NLP Supervision, is a Master Trainer NLP, Master Trainer mBIT (the only one), Master Coach mBIT and Fellow Member Trainer with IANLP. Wilbert was also a trainer at the University of Derby Corporate for the MA in Applied Coaching for the past 5 years. His humour combined with his pragmatic and fascinating approach have reached more than 12,000 people around the world (UK, USA, Australia, South Africa, Ireland, France, Kenya, Belgium, Denmark, Dubai) over the past 30 years through training and coaching in mBIT, NLP, leadership programmes and coaching programmes. He is currently conducting research on adaptive intelligence & leadership. Wilbert is a highly sought-after coach, trainer, speaker, mentor and facilitator.
