Biography

Farzana Maudarbaccus is a chartered workplace psychologist and leadership consultant who brings the science of psychology to organisations, helping leaders understand themselves first, so their people can thrive. Where most leadership coaches work from instinct and experience alone, Farzana brings evidence-based psychological science, including people analytics, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology, to every engagement. Growing up in a family business gave Farzana an early education in people, pressure and what good leadership actually looks like. Add to that her multilingual background, international experience and her identity as a woman navigating corporate spaces and you have someone who brings a distinctly rounded, human lens to leadership development. She works with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders, often people who carry enormous responsibility, have few real peers and are expected to be strong at all times. Farzana creates the calm, psychologically safe space they rarely get elsewhere. Her clients describe her as grounding, honest and a genuinely good listener. Her services span 1:1 coaching, people analytics, group programmes and wellbeing sessions for leadership teams. She also speaks at events, appears on podcasts and shares her knowledge wherever leaders are listening. Her belief is unwavering, when a leader truly knows themselves, everything changes.
