I offer a complimentary phone or video "Discovery Session", where you will have pre-filled out some information on the areas you want to work on, or we can do it in the session. We discuss this in the discovery session, so that I can tailor your first session and any subsequent session to exactly meet your needs. Your first session is where we start to work on what matters to you! You are always in control of what areas we explore. I will keep you on track of agreed goals and actions but the coaching is for you and about you, not the coach.
